7 weeks - WOW...I cannot believe how far I got, from knowing nothing about creating websites, or knowing what HTML stands for. I know now the basics of what a website should look like, and that it should have the C.R.A.P. principles applied.
I also learned how to apply changes to my pictures with the Photo Elements 11, which I really enjoyed.
Comparing the Web Expression to Wix....I would say I had an easier time using Web Expression, but the site looks blah and their is no flash I could apply to any functions and the colors look lifeless.
After actually trying and signing up for many web builder websites I decided to stick with Wix.com
The site looks great, the colors are full of life and I like the flash builder build right in. I did had a hard time putting my storyboard on this template and had to change some of my original ideas to make it fit to the template. After a couple of attempts I decided to change the template to fit my ideas, and was successful and it started to get easier.
I have to give a big thank you to our Teacher Michele Mislevy. She was very helpful and we learned a lot in a very short time. I really enjoyed this class and will take a lot of material to use when I create my next website :-)
