Will I be more crictical of viewing website, and how will this information apply to my website projects?

I certainly have learned a lot in the last 3 weeks. From the C.R.A.P. elements that are very important to the Not-So-Good Design Checklist.

I am aware of the things that you should not do, and will make sure that I will not apply them to my website projects.

I will use the Good Design Features in my website:
  • My page will fit in with the 800 x 600 pixel frame
  • The background will not interfere with the text
  • The text will be big enough to read and aligned
  • The hierarchy of the text will be clear
  • Navigation buttons are easy understandable and user friendly
  • I will try not to have any orphan links
  • My navigation will be consistent with the home page
  • I will color coordinate my links and have them underlined
  • I also learned how to make my pictures ready for the web, so they are not big or to small
At first I was scared, now I am excited to explore my creativity and design my own website
